Declaration of Independence of the People of the United States of America

We The People of the United States of America declare our independence from all authorities, powers, governing bodies and individuals who have laid claim to govern us. It has become necessary for us to dissolve all political alliances that have been made in our name by those who represented us. We assume a separate and equal standing among the nations of Earth that is a right given to all peoples by God. We make this declaration so all nations and all peoples fully understand what has compelled us to declare our independence.

It is evident to all peoples that mankind was created equal by God and that everyone has been given certain rights that cannot be nullified by government. Those God given rights are life, property, freedom and self-governance. In order to keep these rights secure People establish governments. When a government nullifies these rights it is the duty of the People to restore those rights by establishing a new government that is dedicated to protecting those rights. Common sense dictates that a new government should only be established when the present one has trampled the rights of the People.

When a government has nullified and trampled the rights of the People over a long period of time for the purpose of enslaving them under a despotic form of government, it is their right and their sacred duty to dissolve that government and establish a new government that will protect their rights and their future security.

We The People have patiently endured and suffered myriad abuses of our government. The history of this government is one of repeated acquisition of power that is contrary to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Slowly but surely individuals, in and without the government, have conspired over a period of many decades to establish an absolute Tyranny over us and these 50 States. In so doing this, uncountable injuries and indignities have been suffered by us. To prove this the following facts are presented concerning our present government:

It has made judges, police officers and military officers dependent on its will by bribes.

It has deprived us, in many cases, of the benefits of trial and its officers have inflicted bodily harm on us.

It has protected them from punishment for their crimes against us by corrupt trials.

It has passed numerous laws that are contrary to the Constitution.

It has created numerous law enforcement agencies and sent out swarms of officers to harass us and punish us at their whim even though we have not violated any of the newly enacted laws and regulations.

It has kept large numbers of soldiers among us, in times of peace, to enforce its laws.

It has made the military independent of and superior to the civil authorities.

It has conspired with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to the Constitution and contrary to our laws.

It has passed laws giving corporations incentives to move to foreign nations.

It has failed to impose tariffs to protect goods made in America.

It has failed to protect the borders allowing untold numbers of foreigners to enter and take our jobs and increased our taxes to pay for their benefits.

It has imposed taxes on us without our consent.

It has fined us for violation of traffic laws with no due process of law by the use of photography.

It has transported some of us to foreign countries to be interrogated, tortured and punished for crimes we did not commit.

It has tortured children.

It has hired foreign soldiers to assist the police and the military in its harassment of us.

It has been slow and incompetent in assisting us in times of natural disasters.

It has used natural disasters to confiscate weapons from law-abiding citizens.

It has passed numerous laws restricting the right of the People to keep and bear arms.

It has made illegal searches of our homes and vehicles.

It has turned most public schools into prisons.

It has forced most children to be vaccinated with useless and dangerous vaccines.

It has created a surveillance grid tracking every thing that we do.

It reads and listens to every electronic communication.

It is censoring the Internet, It currently plans to shut it down and open a new Internet that will be fully censored.

It has sold off myriad public utilities, including our roads, to foreign corporations at pennies on the dollar.

It has hired police officers to pose as demonstrators to riot so it can quash all peaceful demonstrations.

It has prohibited peaceful demonstrations and set aside so-called "free speech" zones for demonstrators.

It has harassed and arrested peaceful demonstrators and its officers have injured and falsely accused them of crimes.

It has imported untold tons of illegal drugs and sold them to us for the purpose of launching a War on Drugs that it has no intention of winning. During this no-win war thousands of Americans have been injured and killed by its officers and thousands more have had their lives destroyed by using the illegal drugs.

It has murdered over 50 million Americans in the womb of their mothers.

It has perpetrated several "false-flag" actions as an excuse to launch wars of aggression and to impose more laws designed to abridge our freedoms.

The latest of these "false-flag" attacks was upon We the People. It took place on September 11, 2001 and more than three thousands Americans were killed in that attack. That attack led to the invasion of Afghanistan and then Iraq, resulting in more than 4,000 "admitted" deaths of American soldiers.

In every stage of these oppressions of freedom, liberty and rights we have humbly petitioned our Representatives to cease their tyrannical actions. Our repeated petitions have been answered by repeated injury and more severe oppression. Our Representatives are unfit to be the rulers of a free people.

We The People have warned our Representatives endlessly to refrain from imposing tyrannical laws and regulations upon us. We have reminded them of our forefathers who fought and died to give us freedom, liberty and the rights we once enjoyed. We have kindly appealed to our common ancestry and their sense of justice to stop these usurpations, but they have turned a deaf ear to the voice of justice. We must, therefore, dissolve the current government through the ballot box.

We The People of the United States of America solemnly publish and declare that we are a Free and Independent People. We absolve all allegiance to our Representatives in Washington D.C. and we earnestly seek to be released from their tyrannical rule by removing them from office through the ballot box. As a Free and Independent People we will have full power to dissolve all entangling alliances, establish commerce and do all other acts and things which Independent People have the right to do. For the support of this Declaration we place full reliance on the protection of God Almighty and we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.
