COMMENTARY ON THE

DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

The founding fathers explain that people should not abolish a government "for light and transient causes." This is what the Constitutional Convention forces are trying to do. They want to rewrite the Constitution for the sole purpose of including a balanced budget amendment. That is a "light and transient" cause.

If the Con. Con. con-artists truly want a balanced budget amendment they can add one in the normal manner. These con-artists do not want to rewrite the Constitution just to insure a balanced budget. NO! They want to abolish the Constitution and create a New States Constitution which would place the United States under the direct control of the United Nations and the "High Cabal's" New World Nightmare.

Some argue that we need to abolish the present government and create a new one because of the abuses of the Executive and Judicial branches of government and because Congress is totally corrupt. All three branches of government are corrupt and abusive of the rights of WE THE PEOPLE, but the way to stop this is to enforce the Constitution--not to rewrite it or replace it with another.

Congress must do what it was designed to do--insure a stable currency and keep the Executive Branch under control. Congress needs to abolish most of the Executive Orders which are unnecessary and have restricted the rights of the People. It must also abolish the Federal Reserve System and fulfill its responsibility "To coin money, regulate the value thereof." It did not have the right to delegate this authority to the Federal Reserve and it must regain its authority to coin money.

Thomas Jefferson, the founding father who wrote the Declaration of Independence, warned Americans about the dangers of banking institutions. "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Already they have raised up a monied aristocracy that has set the Government at defiance. The issuing power should be taken from the banks restored to the people to whom it properly belongs."

Congress must also take control of the federal agencies which have usurped its authority such as the FRS, IRS, CIA, FBI, BATF, FCC, INS, FTC, FDA, etc. Congress must prohibit the president from declaring war and or sending troops abroad.

Congress must abolish the Army, the other great danger that Mr. Jefferson warned the People about. The Constitution clearly states that Congress can "raise and support armies, but no appropriation of money to that use shall be for a longer term than two years." This prohibition was included in the Constitution to keep Congress or the Executive Branch from maintaining a standing army. It wasn't placed there to keep Congress from authorizing 5 or 10 year budget plans. The next line states that Congress must "provide and maintain a Navy." There are no budget restrictions placed on the Navy. Congress and the Executive Branch have violated the section of the Constitution prohibiting a standing army since after World War II. During the Indian Wars a standing army was needed.

Section 8: Paragraph 15: "To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions."

It is clear from this paragraph that there is not to be a standing army and that when the militia (army) is needed Congress calls it forth. The militia is every able bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45.

Paragraph 16 specifies that the individual states are to train the militia. There was no provision for a Federal Army. In time of need the states would send its militia to be placed under the control of the Executive Branch. The original intent of the founding fathers concerning the militia has been abused as well as numerous other sections of the Constitution.

In a quote about the dangers of banking, cited above, Thomas Jefferson stated that standing armies are also a great danger to liberties. "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies." Mr. Jefferson and all the founding fathers new of the great danger of standing armies and banking institutions.

The colonists complained that laws which they needed were not approved by the king nor by his governors. WE have the opposite problem. Congress passes too many laws that WE do not need and that are detrimental to OUR welfare. Some even restrict OUR Rights guaranteed by the Constitution such as the Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984.

King George limited the expansion of the colonists and the number of immigrants. WE need Congress to limit the number of legal and illegal immigrants into the US and they have done nothing.

Like the colonists the judges of today are corrupt and do the bidding of the president. Most are not independent and do not make just rulings for fear of retribution from the president's goon squad, the IRS.

Congress and the president have erected a multitude of new offices just as King George did. When George Washington took office he had only one Cabinet post, secretary of State. There are over a dozen Cabinet posts now and dozens of bureaucratic agencies. These bureaucrats swarm all over the country harassing WE THE PEOPLE and eating up OUR substance. Some of the worst agencies are: the IRS, BATF, OSHA, CIA, DEA, FBI, DOD, EPA, HEW, DOE and FDA. These and dozens of other useless agencies are supported by OUR tax dollars.

Since World War II the War Department (a.k.a. Dept. of Defense) has strong armed Congress into giving them enough money to keep a standing army. The War Dept. with the help of the CIA has also created phony wars to make Congress and WE THE PEOPLE believe WE need a standing army.

The Executive Branch and the Pentagon have rendered the military independent of, and superior to, US. Since World War II the president with help from the Pentagon have violated the Constitution by engaging in wars and conflicts without Congressional approval. The wants of the military have come before the needs of the people for nearly 50 years. While millions of Americans are homeless, unemployed, starving and in need of basic medical care hundreds of billions of dollars are spent on the military every year. The justification for this insane policy was: To protect US from the dreaded Soviets. It has recently been learned that the Pentagon and defense contractors exaggerated the Soviet threat causing US to spend a few trillion dollars more than we needed to.

It is obvious that the tyranny the Founding Fathers sought to free themselves from has returned and is oppressing US far more than before.

Judges MUST be placed beyond the influence and control of the Executive Branch and all judges state and federal should be elected to office as politicians are. Lifetime appointments MUST be eliminated.

The myriad bureaucratic agencies which hinder economic growth freedom MUST be ABOLISHED!

The Army MUST be ABOLISHED! And each state should maintain a well equipped and trained militia (state guard). The Air Force and Navy should be retained, but reduced to a lean fighting strength.

Unless these recommendations are carried out immediately We will find OURSELVES the slaves of the bureaucrats, politicians, militarists and billionaire business with NO Rights!

Just as King George III imposed foreign rule over the colonies Congress has done this to US. They have placed the United States under the rule of the UN and various countries through treaties that strip US of OUR Constitutional Rights. The Genocide Treaty is a perfect example.

Congress has also followed in George's footsteps by quartering large numbers of troops among US. The Constitution does not provide for a standing army. It only provides for raising an army in time of need. Since World War II Congress has kept a massive standing army to be ready to fight foreign wars such as Korea, Vietnam, Panama, and Iraq. These soldiers have been kept at OUR expense and have eaten up OUR hard earned profits.

Congress has also created a quasi-army of law enforcement soldiers who have recklessly murdered law abiding Americans and have not been prosecuted for their crimes. A few recent examples are the murders of the Weavers in Idaho and the people at Waco. The FBI and BATF assassins have not been tried for their crimes.

Congress has imposed uncountable taxes on US without OUR consent. When WE tell them WE don't want more taxes they give them to US anyway. The recent Clinton tax increase is a perfect example.

Many Americans have been denied trial by jury. These cases are rarely made public and are kept secret by the bureaucrats.

Numerous Americans have been transported overseas to be tried by foreign governments for pretended offense. The recent case of John Demjanjuk is a classic example of this abuse of power. Artukovik was another innocent man who was shipped overseas to be tried for pretended crimes. He died during the grueling process. Dozens of other Americans have been extradited to stand trial for alleged crimes.

Congress with the help of the Supreme Court has abolished some of the most valuable laws states have such. The Roe vs. Wade ruling made abortion legal in all states. Murder of unborn infants (abortion) was illegal in most states. The Supreme Court also forbade states to impose the death penalty on mass murderers for a couple decades.

Congress has altered the form of most state governments with its federal grants and regulations. Congress has corrupted the legislatures of every state by withholding or giving them federal monies. A classic example of this was the case of the Mike King Jr. holiday. Arizona refused to celebrate it so Congress cut off federal monies until they made it a legal holiday. It also forced states to impose the 55 m.p.h. speed limit by withholding federal highway funds.

In our case the government has been bought by the "High Cabal" through its multinational corporations and it has waged war against us. Federal agencies spend most of their time harassing US and throwing US in prison for alleged crimes. Their major weapon is the un-Constitutional Crime Control Act of 1984 (asset forfeiture law).

The feds are plundering our seas. They seize OUR boats looking for drugs and tear them apart or confiscate them. They have followed King George III in burning our homes (Waco), with US in them, and destroying the lives of those they don't gas and cremate.

The feds have not imported foreign armies to attack US, but they are preparing to do this. Plans have been created to have the United States occupied by foreign troops under UN control to complete the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages.

The feds have constrained thousands of Americans through coercion and have forced them to bear arms against their friends and family and to become their executioners. This has happened numerous times by National guardsmen (Kent State).

The feds have and are exciting domestic insurrections amongst US with constant demonstrations by homosexuals, feminists and other radical terrorist groups. Instead of using the native Western Hemisphereans (Indians) to murder US the feds have armed inner city gangs to gun US down.

WE have petitioned Congress in the most humble terms and our petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. The rulers whose character is thus marked by every act which may define tyrants are unfit to rule a FREE PEOPLE!

WE THE PEOPLE have not been wanting in our attention to OUR representatives. From time to time we have warned them of attempts by them to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us such as the un-Constitutional Asset Forfeiture and gun control laws. We have made many appeals to them to disavow these usurpations, but they have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity.

Because of the numerous crimes the representatives of WE THE PEOPLE have committed against US they have declared themselves to be enemies of US and the world. It, therefore, may be necessary for US to dissolve Congress by a Constitutional amendment and elect new representatives.

WE THE PEOPLE, do therefore, appeal to the Supreme Judge of the universe for the rectitude of our intentions. WE declare that WE are a free people under the Constitution and have the right to dissolve any government that governs by the will of the representatives and not by the will of THE PEOPLE.

In the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.

WE THE PEOPLE

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
