There has been concern that because of Ron Paul's victory in the 2010 and 2011 straw polls, CPAC is turning more libertarian in general, which is why Mike Huckabee declined to attend the 2010 and 2011 conferences. Some conservative figures are moving to turn the more recently created Values Voter Summit into a "full-fledged rival to CPAC" by expanding its social issues focus to include economic and security issues.
In a fair election Ron Paul WOULD defeat barry soetoro! Mitt Romney might even beat him. If someone other than Paul, Romney or Jeb Bush runs against soetoro in 2012 you can be assured the fix is in to give barry a second term. The NWO Gang will run the weakest GOP candidate they can against soetoro so he will win a second term. john "Braindead" mccain was the WORST/WEAKEST candidate the GOP could have run against soetoro in 2008. When he picked sarah INSANE to be his running mate that cinched the win for soetoro. She is the JOKE of the century!
